Exchange Window: Please initiate your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- The protective polythene/film on the watch must remain intact.
- A clear unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory for any exchange or damage claim.
Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange immediately, the full product value will be issued as Store Credit, which never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
Damaged / Defective Items: In the rare event of a defect, we provide a free replacement of the same model (subject to availability), verified via your unboxing video.
