Retrun Policy

T&C for Replacement & Exchange

  
1. customer must have return the product within 3 days of delivery date  
2. the returned product must be in the original condition, undamaged box, with all tags, labels, and packaging included  
3. shoes must be in unworn and unused condition. any signs of wear, scuffs, or damage will void the exchange request  
4. customers can exchange the item for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability.  
5. customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item for exchange 
6. for replacement unboxing video is mandatory 
7. NO REFUND
